I have run Barrel-racing horses on the professional circuit all
my life. The Horse I am running now, 'Poverty's Speedster' (aka
'Billy'), had been a stakes horse on the Oklahoma Race Tracks.
He was having problems that I could not figure out how to
fix—and I was trying everything. He had a lot of energy during
the grand entries—in fact, he'd act like he was going to eat the
rest of the horses— but seemed to have no energy for the barrel
performance. He was losing his appetite, [his] hair coat started
looking dull and, worst of all, he was a bleeder--buckets,
every time he raced.
So, I made the drive to
HorseSense, walked in, sat down, spat out my
poison as to what was happening to my horse, and said,
'Please help!
"
After two hours in
discussion about the
HorseSense nutrition program, I loaded up my truck and, hanging on to my
last shred of hope, journeyed home to start Billy on
HorseSense-Adult. And now, an update from March to the present (August
2008)...

Billy never bled again! He doesn't run his race
in the rodeo parade. He has me back in the winnings!
He looks and feels great and
is oh, so healthy. Since then, we have placed all of our horses on
Horse Sense.
I am happy to say that we finally have GOOD HORSE SENSE on our
ranch. |
